What is Dai.sy Clinics?
Dai.sy Clinics is a version of Arcanary's Dai.sy assistant built for clinics and medical practices. It schedules appointments across multiple doctors by specialty and availability, so a patient who asks for “the first available orthopedist” is booked with the right doctor automatically. It handles referrals between specialists, sends reminders for tests and studies, and delivers pre-operative instructions on time, such as fasting instructions 24 hours before surgery. After surgery, it follows up with patients about their symptoms and alerts the doctor if something looks wrong. Clinics use it to reduce no-shows and free up administrative time at the front desk. Like every Arcanary product, it is implemented, configured and maintained by Arcanary's team, and it can be combined with Arcanary's SIP/VoIP telephony.
